**The Role**:
As the Customer Experience Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will provide a people-oriented experience to our customers. You will help to increase the customer satisfaction through efficient and personalized support. You will also help to increase leads to sales conversion rate through efficient ommunication and filtering. Your work will directly impact the image of The Makeover Guys.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care (e.g. coordinating maintenance, warranty, and insurance claims)
- Provide professional customer support by promptly responding to customers’ enquiries for our services, and handling customers’ feedbacks and comments
- Work to develop customer engagement activities
- Understand the full cycle of our business model
- Handle additional duties as assigned

**; Requirements**:
- Passionate about creating a personalized and delightful customer experience
- Passionate about property investment and/or customer experience
- Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus
- Empathetic and able to work independently
- People-oriented experience will give you brownie points
