Job Description:-

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Executives to engage with our customers online and offline, ensuring they receive the care they need with ease and efficiency. Responsibilities:-

  • Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking home healthcare services, such as doctor visits, nursing care, and remote health monitoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Service Awareness: Educate customers about Speedoc's offerings, including promotions and additional healthcare services, to enhance their experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust and build strong relationships by going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
  • Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and service details in the call center database.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Speedoc's healthcare services and operational procedures through regular training sessions.
  • Performance Goals: Meet individual and team performance targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Requirements:

Education:-

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Experience: Proven success in customer support roles, with a strong track record of achieving performance goals.

Skills:-

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with call center systems and procedures.Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.

Benefits:-

· Permanent full-time position.

· Flexible schedule: 4 working days with 3 days off.

· Competitive salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3, excluding overtime and other allowances).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
