**Company Background**:Online Furniture Seller (China Company)

**Working area**: Binjai 8 KLCC

**Salary Range**: RM1,500 - RM3,000 (Depend Working Experience)

**Working Hours**: Routine Shift (9hrs per day)

**Working Day**:5 days working days

**Job Description**:

- To provide assistance and support for incoming queries.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Responsible to undertake special duties which may assign by the Superior.
- Mainly deal with Europe / Australia customers, partially Mandarin speaking with internal stakeholder

**Requirements**:

- Good Interpersonal skills & Team Player
- Able to type & speak fluently in Mandarin & English
- Able to work overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.
