To coordinate, manage and support the daily sales functions and initiatives within the company, identifying and qualifying potential leads or prospects for the sales team. The main responsibility is to create and nurture relationships with potential customers, ensuring they are good fit for the company's products or services before passing them on to the sales team.
- Prospecting: Research and analyze potential leads to determine their suitability and interest in the company's products. This involves understanding the lead's industry, pain points, and needs.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine whether they meet specific criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT), to ensure they are worthwhile for further sales engagement.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team to engage with the lead and move the sales process forward.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date lead information, which could help in tracking and managing the entire sales process.
- Re-engagement: Re-engage with inactive customers to understand the customer’s concern and problem, to provide a better solution as well as maintaining a good relationship.

**; Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Malay. (Advantage by knowing more languages).
- Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- A strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Persistent, resilient, and able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of setbacks.
