Position : Inside Sales Specialist

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

**Responsibility**

This role requires you to handle Point-of-Sales (POS) End user and project sales. You will also be accountable to build a good sales pipeline for business.
- Collaboration with Support Team for solutions in preparing of quotation and proposal.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Follow-up on payment collection.
- Seek new opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Support any tasks or duties assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the sales field and some project experiences in consultancy and solutions.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and desire to deliver results.
- Multilingual, Good interpersonal, Communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of current information technology and trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
