**Position Overview**: We are seeking a diligent, attentive, and hard-working individual to join our central kitchen crew. The primary role of this position is to prep and shape cookie doughs that will be dispatched to all of our outlets every day. This role is crucial to maintaining the consistent taste and quality of our cookies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation of Dough**: Following our signature recipes accurately to mix and prepare various cookie doughs.
- **Shaping**: Skillfully shape and portion each cookie dough to ensure uniformity across all batches.
- **Storage & Packaging**: Safely and hygienically store prepared doughs. Ensure doughs are well-packaged for transportation to other locations.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly inspect and assess the quality of ingredients and finished doughs to ensure they meet our high standards.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Uphold a clean and organized workspace by following our sanitation guidelines. Perform daily cleaning of equipment and kitchen areas.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with other team members, aiding in other areas of the central kitchen as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep a meticulous record of stock, report any discrepancies, and ensure timely replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- No culinary background required, but a passion for baking is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven record of maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
