**Job description**:

- **
Carpark**:
- To assist in monitoring day to day operational activities.
- To ensure that all parking equipment and payment system in good condition.
- To prepare, complete, verify and submit daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Co-operate and coordinate in all matters with security personnel in the carpark operations.
- To process the carpark related administrative work.
- To follow up with the vendor to attend the carpark operations issue.
- ** Safety & Security Operations**:
- To assist in preparing the internal safety checks and tenants’ inspection report.
- To assist in the safety & security related administrative work
- ** Others**:
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
- To perform other responsibilities as assigned by manager or management from time to time.

**Qualification**- Diploma in Operations, Business or any related field.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of working experiences, preferably in mall operation or building Safety & Security.
- Possess good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
