- Resolve problems concerning warehouse, transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with customer requirement, laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Prepare annual budget
- Negotiate warehouse and transportation rates or services.
- Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Stock management to ensure physical and ERP stock are accurately.

**Selection Criteria**:

- More than 5 years of proven working experience as Warehouse and logistics manager
- Proficient in standard warehouse and logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Good personal presentation
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of logistic and warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making
- Good knowledge in LMW and global logistic requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
