**Job Summary**:
BabyPian Legacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Live Sales Assistant. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop profile as a live host on the dynamic TikTok platform. You will be integral to our TikTok strategy, supporting content creation, community engagement, and playing a key role in our live stream initiatives.

This role offers a unique chance to develop your on-screen presence and hosting skills while contributing to the growth of our TikTok channel.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation & Planning Support**:

- Assist in brainstorming, researching, and developing creative content ideas for TikTok videos based on brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and platform trends.
- Help in organizing and scheduling content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, challenges, and topics relevant to the brand and target audience.
- Assist in adapting existing content from other platforms for TikTok, ensuring it aligns with the platform's best practices.

**2. Community Engagement & Management**:

- Monitor TikTok comments and direct messages, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Identify and report user feedback, comments, and potential issues to the relevant team member.
- Assist in organizing and executing online contests, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and other creators (if applicable) under the direction of the TikTok Manager.

**3. TikTok Live & Relevant Application Support**:
**Actively participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of TikTok Live sessions.** This includes:

- Brainstorming live stream topics and formats.
- Assisting with the setup of necessary equipment (lighting, audio, etc.).
- Preparing talking points, scripts, or outlines for live sessions.
- Engaging with viewers in real-time during live streams by responding to comments and questions.
- Moderating live stream chats to ensure a positive and safe environment.
- Promoting upcoming live streams across TikTok and other relevant platforms.

**4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Assist in tracking and monitoring key TikTok metrics (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares, follower growth, engagement rate).
- Help in generating basic reports on TikTok performance to identify successful content and areas for improvement.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the TikTok strategy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
