**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements and processes.
- Create detailed business analysis documents, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong understanding of PHP language and Laravel framework (or similar).
- Solid experience in business analysis, including creating detailed documentation and requirements specifications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony or CodeIgniter.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
