**About Our Client**:
Our client is a multifaceted conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning construction, engineering, marketing, and advertising. Acting as a strategic business partner to its subsidiaries, the company drives synergy through shared expertise, ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across industries.

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join a dynamic project team. You’ll manage BIM coordination, produce accurate technical drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee BIM project coordination and report progress to management.
- Develop and maintain BIM models and ensure accurate asset data for project hand-over.
- Perform clash detection, assist in coordination meetings, and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare, review, and issue technical drawings in line with project timelines.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries, drawings, and documentation to company standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives.
- Share best practices and contribute to BIM training materials and workflow improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CAD/BIM for E&M or Building Services projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; experience in 5D BIM is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
