**Job Scope**:

- Oversee BIM project coordination and report progress to management.
- Ensure accurate asset information in BIM models for hand-over submissions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and other professionals to ensure project alignment.
- Create training materials and standards manuals for BIM practices.
- Produce and update technical drawings based on project specifications, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Maintain and update design documentation, supporting the preparation of reports and project presentations.
- Assist project teams in completing BIM models and tasks as specified.
- Ensure timely preparation and issuance of drawings to meet project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with engineering teams regarding drawing production and requirements.
- Update and manage the BIM library, ensuring high-quality standards for completed drawings.
- Check completed drawings for quality before submission and carry out additional duties as directed by project engineers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues in other departments to foster a culture of continuous learning.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in CAD drawing for E&M / BS projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360.
- Experience in 5D BIM is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Office Locations: Sunway Velocity**

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
