**About Our Client**
Our client is a multifaceted conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning construction, engineering, marketing, and advertising. Acting as a strategic business partner to its subsidiaries, the company drives synergy through shared expertise, ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery across industries.

**Job Scope**:

- Manage and coordinate BIM project activities, ensuring progress and quality are reported accurately to management.
- Maintain accurate asset information within BIM models for handover submissions and project documentation.
- Assist project teams with BIM implementation, perform clash detection, and participate in coordination meetings.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design and technical alignment across all project stages.
- Develop and update training materials, standards manuals, and best practices for BIM usage.
- Produce and revise technical drawings and design documents according to project specifications and compliance standards.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Manage and update the BIM model library, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all drawings.
- Review and verify completed drawings for quality and compliance prior to submission.
- Communicate effectively with engineering and project teams regarding design requirements and drawing deliverables.
- Share knowledge, provide guidance, and promote continuous learning among team members.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in CAD drawing for E&M or Building Services projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; experience in 5D BIM is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
