**To qualify for the role you must have**
- A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent
- **Minimum 10 years of working experience in deep functional finance operations**:

- Have project management skillsets
- Flexibility to undertake secondment at client’s premise Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience and knowledge of accounting standards and day-to-day accounting and management reporting processes, statutory compliance, treasury accounting, financial and tax reporting and ERP systems
- **Must have experience working in a professional commercial environment or in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream, Gas & New Energy, Downstream)**:

- Experience in planning and implementing any new accounting standards and changes to MFRS/IFRS.
- Experience in annual budgeted financial statements including financial analysis, inputs and insights for strategic exchange and resource allocation activities
- Experience in SAP system implementation and business process transformation is an added advantage
- Experience in Power BI is an added advantage

**Your key responsibilities**
- You'll work hand in hand with our tax and accounting professionals to help manage our clients’ compliance, finance and reporting needs
- Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients to help ensure that the services delivered to clients by our offices are of the highest standards and are done on time
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, put in place the necessary standardized accounting processes, supervise the delivery of the accounting and management reporting services, anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate and drive performance-improvement solutions
- Help to create a positive learning culture, coaching and counselling junior team members to help them develop professional and personally, this includes involvement with the performance assessment process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
