  1. Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping:
  2. Responsible for financial accounting of cross-border e-commerce platforms, including daily income and expense recording, bank reconciliation, and expense reimbursement review. Manage financial settlement, accounting, and tax declaration of overseas stores to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  3. Tax Management and Compliance:
  4. Be familiar with and comply with VAT, customs duties, and other tax regulations of different countries. Handle tax declarations, export tax rebates, and domestic VAT filings to ensure tax compliance and minimize tax risks.
  5. Cost and Expense Management:
  6. Calculate procurement costs, logistics costs, platform commissions, and advertising fees; conduct refined cost accounting. Manage inventory accounting to ensure data consistency and prevent discrepancies. Analyze expense structure, provide cost control suggestions, and optimize company profitability.
  7. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze sales data, gross profit, and expenses by SKU, platform, and store to support business decision-making.
  9. Fund Management and Reconciliation:
  10. Manage cash flow, reconcile platform settlement reports with actual receipts, and ensure fund security. Handle reconciliation of third-party collection accounts, monitor abnormal fund flows, and optimize cash flow management to maintain liquidity.
  11. System and Tool Application:
  12. Proficient in using ERP systems (such as Kingdee, Lingxing, etc.) for accounting work. Utilize BI tools for data analysis to support business decisions.
  13. Other Duties:
  14. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. fluent in
    Mandarin
    , Malay, with English as a working language.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in e-commerce or asset-heavy industries; experience in overseas auditing or international taxation is a plus.
  4. Familiar with accounting standards, financial regulations, economic law, and tax law; proficient in ERP systems and financial management software.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance; able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.
  6. Good teamwork spirit and leadership skills.
