Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Coordinate with the Sales department to prepare quotations, invoices
  • Responsible for processing bank payments to supplier invoices and influencers
  • Responsible for SST and withholding tax filing
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms, both statutory and internal
  • Assist in creating processes and system implementation when required
  • Support in ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business or relevant
  • Must have a full set of Accounts experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience in accounting software (QuickBooks) and internal software (ClickUp)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to implement E-invoicing
