**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Financial Documentation** - Assist in preparing **Invoices, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Credit Notes, and Payment Vouchers** using SQL accounting software.
- **Data Entry & Bookkeeping** - Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and data management.
- **Bank Reconciliation** - Support in balancing bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable Management** - Help track payments, process claims, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- **Financial Reporting** - Contribute to **monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgeting activities**.
- **Audit & Compliance** - Assist in organizing financial documents for internal and external audits.
- **Petty Cash & Expense Claims** - Manage petty cash disbursements and employee expense claims.
- **Administrative Support** - Maintain proper filing of financial documents and assist in ad-hoc finance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Pursuing a **Diploma or Degree** in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of **accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting**. Experience with **SQL software is an advantage**.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with **Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial tools**.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy in data entry.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- **Teamwork & Communication**: Willingness to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
