**Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)**

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA specialist to oversee all quality assurance activities. The QA specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies and process, conducting software testing and familiarize SDLC & Agile process, automation (API & UI) scripting, resolved production issues, and presenting solutions in more technical and automated.

To be successful as a QA specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards of all products.

- Understand thoroughly on requirement and develop test plan, test strategy, test analysis, test execution, and monitoring during product release.
- Design and execute systems to check for issues
- Document and maintain test cases
- Perform and document risk analysis
- Record test progress and results
- Code automated tests
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Discover bugs within software
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
- Perform manual and automated testing

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or any relevant IT Degree is preferred.
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus (ISTQB-CTFL)
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field
- Working knowledge of tools (Jira, Postman, Charles etc.), methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in programming (Java,.Net, C#, C++, Python, etc) is a plus
