Record Management: Accurately record incoming and outgoing items in the inventory system to ensure stock data is always up-to-date.
- Delivery Coordination: Prepare and generate Delivery Orders (DO) for all outgoing items, ensuring correct details and timely processing.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform cleaning and resetting of maintenance cartridges to ensure equipment functionality and longevity.
- Inventory Reporting: Generate and update inventory reports regularly, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and status
- Workplace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy working environment, including storage and packing areas.
- Documentation: File and organize all relevant documents upon receipt of items for easy retrieval and auditing.
- IT documentation should be kept up to date.
- Deliver work reports to operations managers every day.
- Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular checks and spot audits on inventory to ensure stock accuracy and condition.
- You must complete the responsibilities assigned by your managers or supervisors in addition to the ones listed above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
