Marketing Intern

Below are the Job Descriptions of full-time positions and the interns will be going through the related experiences.

1. Brand Account (Managing the social media shops, eg Tik Tok Shops)
- Retain and refine Brands account, eliminate competitive threats and maintain Brands and account satisfaction.
- Perform extensive research and analyst for Brands marketing trends and predictions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Implement strategist to target new Brands customer
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Prepare regular Brands reports including campaign performance reports and attend meetings with Brands
- Support on sales training programs for Brands
- Any other task requires to support the Brands

2. Livestream Associate.
- Doing livestream host
- Sourcing & Managing live streamers / host
- Support to develop TikTok strategy to boost brand awareness, support core products and new product launches
- Identify diverse creator communities that are aligned to the creator community strategy using data and analytical insights
- Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok including briefing sessions, workshops etc.
- Manage a portfolio of creators and share best practices to help maximize video views, audience growth and creator retention
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy to scale their income.
- Research platform best practices, creator communities, and emerging trends
- Track and analyze community growth metrics to ensure creator engagement, retention and satisfaction
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creators
- Work with all departments to establish workflows (influencer, copy, digital, creative, retail, customer service, etc.)

3. Content Creator
- Detailed oriented, exceptional with time management and extremely organized.
- We're looking for a cultural zeitgeist. Someone who lives & breathes pop culture, particularly TikTok and Instagram, MUST be up-to-date on the latest viral trends.
- Proven track record of highly engaging TikTok videos and growing a TikTok channel. comfortable concepting, filming, & editing short-form video and in tune with TikTok’s unique tone
- Help refine brand's TikTok tone of voice, write captions, and document platform best-practices
- Build a monthly content calendar that involves all marketing campaigns, brand messaging needs and relevant cultural events.
- Be willing to be both in front of and behind the camera to execute content quickly and stay on top of trends.
- Always be testing + learning ways to improve performance, including posting frequency, content creative optimization, caption and hashtag strategy optimization
- Excellent writing skills, able to seamlessly deliver educational and at times mundane information with humor, personality, and wit.

4. Affiliate associate
- Recruit new affiliate partners, negotiate deals, and provide them with the tools necessary to promote the brand's products or services.
- Managing relationships with affiliates, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing support and guidance to affiliates.

Requirement
- Duration : Minimum 3.5 Months of internship
- Qualifications : Diploma or Degree (open to all background)

Location : Menara Amplewest, Kuala Lumpur (Near to Monorail Raja Chulan)
