- Verify the accuracy of financial data by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as budgets, expenditure summaries, and project cost breakdowns.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial records, ensuring easy access and compliance with audit requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather financial data and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to resolve missing or incorrect information.
