Supermarket Manager

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in developing short term and long term plan to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
- Monitoring of labor cost percentage.
- Ensure all controllable expenses to be held to a minimum.
- Confirm on the Store and Wholesale pricing.
- Proactively react to seasoning trends and propose necessary action to be taken.
- Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for the sales development as instructed by the superior and to control its progress based on the Business Plan.

**Job Requirements**
- Required Knowledge to manage retail and department store with mínimal guidance.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
- Consistently fulfil all job responsibilities and able to inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as role model.
- Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- 5 years & above in any related job experiences.

**Academy Requirements**
- Degree or higher in Business studies or any related fields.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supermarket Manager: 5 years (preferred)
