Position: Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM) Specialist
Location: Penang, Malaysia (REMOTE)

**Salary**: RM 4,000 - 6,000

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with strong knowledge of current digital marketing tools to join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist. From concept to execution, you should lead integrated digital marketing campaigns using existing marketing tools and strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s online presence and driving sales by creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. This position offers opportunities for career development and professional challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform SEO audits to identify issues affecting clients’ search engine performance and develop strategies to increase online traffic.
- Optimize website content, including on-page (title tags, meta descriptions, headers) and off-page elements (URL structure, schema markup).
- Conduct technical SEO audits to resolve website performance issues.
- Assist in developing and executing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Help craft marketing materials and work with the team to develop regular content for brands, social media, and the company website.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for digital marketing usage across various channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper reporting in designated formats (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Contribute to and sometimes lead cross-functional projects, adapting to new challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,** or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / SEO Specialist or similar role, with at least 3 years**of experience.
- Organized, disciplined, and strong time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in **English, Mandarin, and Bahasa**.
- High attention to detail.
- **Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush,** etc.
- **Experience with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign** is a plus.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
