**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensured compliance with all store policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining strict adherence to operational guidelines.
- Managed daily operations, including overseeing cash flow, sales targets, and ensuring merchandise was properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
- Led store cleaning and organizational efforts to maintain a tidy, attractive, and safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Actively worked to meet daily sales goals, ensuring that promotional efforts and product knowledge were effectively conveyed to customers.
