Admin Office Manager

1) To supervise day to day administrative / maintenance job of staffs
2) To access staff performance - coach / guide to ensure efficiency
3) To manage and oversee nationwide administration department in branches
4) To review and improve existing facility management procedures
5) To ensure task are completed in timely manner in accordance to datelines
6) Monitoring and procuring office supplies such as power, water, stationaries, etc
7) To review and verify nationwide requisition before job is carried out by contractor
8) To verify invoices / bills before payment made
9) To ensure branches follow SOP's
10) To review / analyze administration cost nationwide
11) To ensure maintenance jobs to be done inhouse where ever possible to reduce vendor cost
12) To oversee the arrangements of event / sales / meetings if all in order
13) Developing processes and procedures for maintaining and improving current practices
14) Identifying operational problems and implementing solutions
15) To prepare /analyze cost / reduction report to be submitted to General Manager
Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma & degree in business admin or any related field.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Able to working at Shah Alam area.
4. Minimum 6 years' experience in office admin.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
