Support the Control Room Manager in all aspects of the Service within the remit provided by Head of Safety, Security & Services. Ensure a five-star service on all levels. - To Supervise Control Room Operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Control Room Manager, Duty Security Manager, Security, and Control Room Officers to help project and manage client requirements.
- To be the initial point of contact for all daily operational Security, Fire Safety and Health & Safety related matters across the site.
- Have a full understanding of the functions covered at the site including areas such as Security, CCTV, and Reception, etc.
- To supervise the Control Room team and ensure they take responsibility for their professional conduct & development.
- Maintain and enhance the standards of the whole security team in accordance with the contract.
- Support the management of physical security, property, fire prevention in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for the security activities of all security personnel and ensure that all incidents are responded to in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Work in partnership with service partners and customers’ representatives, ensuring all aspects of site security, CCTV and Fire Prevention requirements are effectively managed.
- Supervise the deployment of the Security Team by way of planning, coordination, and allocation, and take lead in compiling the rosters, etc. to cover duties, holidays and absence.
- Ensure that all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents and faults and that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies.
- To supervise on a day to day basis the CCTV, Fire, and Security systems, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles and carrying out their required duties.

**Essential Requirements**

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, being able to adapt style to meet the needs of the situation.

Self-motivated and able to maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

An ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.

A willingness to work cooperatively and constructively with both peer groups and the leadership provided by department supervisors and management.

An ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal reports.

Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
