**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers and guiding them to their tables.
- Accurately recording customer requests and relaying them to the kitchen.
- Offering menu suggestions and answering questions about dishes.
- Ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Preparing tables for guests and removing used dishes.
- Efficiently coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensuring tables have necessary items like napkins and utensils.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Washing and peeling produce, prepping meats and fish, serving dishes, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks
- Help keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining sanitation standards.
- Ensure the quality of food & beverages and ingredients, inspecting supplies, and monitoring sanitation practices
- Providing information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following food & beverages safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, checking stock levels and notifying the manager of shortages.
- Keeping the restaurant areas, equipment, and surrounding areas tidy.
- Taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Keeping track of supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Ensuring the preparation and serving of food and beverages meet health standards.
- Discipline and can follow orders thoroughly
- Work well in team
