**We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent (Mandarin Speaker Preferred)**

**Location**: Ara Damansara, Selangor
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: RM2,800 + Incentives
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We’re looking for **enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals** to join our team as **Call Center Agents**. This role involves handling verification calls, documentation, and ensuring accuracy in data processing.

No prior experience? No worries - **training will be provided** A great opportunity for **fresh graduates** to kickstart their career in customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Communicate with clients and third parties to verify information.
- Provide accurate support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues or complete verification processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to speak **Mandarin & English** (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
