**About the Role**

The audit process is one of the core processes that guarantees the healthy growth of the business and is directly related to the Business Risk Management HQ (BRM HQ). Its main objective lies in verifying any type of behavior that goes against the expected one, defined by the BRM and Ops team, through the auditor’s visit to the store. Among the main tasks of the auditor, is expected to be able to make pertinent observations and questions to be able to get conclusions from the operation of a store. This is a fundamental input for BRM HQ, who will use the information for further analysis and take the appropriate actions, depending on the case. The performance of the audits is measured based on the quantity and quality of responses obtained from visits to stores, understanding the different levels of risks that are associated with each of them

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the BRM audit team, to visit the stores and give feedback through the form.
- Be able to identify any behavior from the stores.
- Analyze your visits to the store and give market insights for better operations.
- Show great ethical standards for work and analyze each store with great scrutiny.
- Market visit on a daily basis, interacting with retailers.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Teamwork, communication, adaptability, initiative, self-motivation
- Team working and Interpersonal skills
- +3 years of experience
- Google Docs, Maps
- Good Excel Skills
- Fluent in English and in the local language.
- Previous experience in POS, customer experience on site
- Cell Phone with internet connectivity.
- Mobility Car/Moto.
