**Customer Service - Banking Industry (English Speaker)**
**Working Days: Monday - Sunday; rotational 5 days a week**
**Working Hours : Rotational shift. 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (8 hours working shift + 1 hour break)**
**Salary: RM2600 - RM3000**
**Job responsibilities:
- **
- Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
- Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
- Mentor associates to improve individual performance
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
Requirement:
Good communication skills in English
SPM holder : Credit in both Maths & English, minimum 2 years full time contact center working experience
Diploma holder : Fresh or full time working experience in contact center
Bachelor’s degree : No experience needed but preferred
Fresh graduates from bachelor's degree or diploma are strongly welcomed
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
