**Job Overview**: As an Accounting Executive at Zerin Properties Urus Harta Sdn Bhd, your role is to manage financial tasks for our clients. This includes both specific, one-time projects and ongoing responsibilities.
**Routine Responsibilities**:
- Present account reports at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the sites.
- Attend and present monthly account reports in scheduled client meetings.
- Execute internal audits at the sites.
- Participate in budget and forecast preparation, review, and analysis.
- Review sites' bank sustainability status and make recommendations to Building Manager.
- Prepare monthly account reports for 2 sites.
- Review draft audited reports from auditors and ensure accuracy.
- Continuously guide the HQ Account Executive to improve their performance.
- Any ad hoc tasks requested by superior
**General Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely delivery of account reports to clients no later than the 15th of the following month.
- Advise and provide solutions to subordinates to resolve any accounting issues.
- Familiarize with Acts related to the property management industry to ensure compliance.
**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday : 09.00am - 05.00pm
- Saturday : _as and when required by the Management_
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
