Assistant Accountant(Fixed Asset)

'¢ Supervise and manage Fixed Asset team. Ensure Fixed Assets register of the Company are properly maintained and updated by Accounts Officer. '¢ Supervise and manage Cash Management team. Ensure full bank recon of SCB and other non-core bank are properly maintained and cash flow is properly managed. '¢ Supervise and ensure bi-annual fixed asset audit is properly carried out. '¢ Responsible for management and financial reporting of assigned legal entities in compliance with MFRS, IFRS and the Company's accounting policies, practices and procedures, in adherence to deadlines set. '¢ Balance sheet reconciliations (other than bank, AP & AR modules), ensuring accurate GL balances in assigned legal entities and region. '¢ Responsible for producing assigned regional profit & loss accounts for operations, including journalizing, posting and adjusting entries into accounting system '¢ Maintain accounting procedures and controls for finance related work processes '¢ Liaison with auditors in preparing draft audited accounts and schedules for the assigned legal entities.
