Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Help prepare and verify general ledger (GL) entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support cash flow management, inventory tracking, and fixed asset management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and suppliers for compliance purposes.
- Work with other departments to resolve outstanding financial matters.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by superiors or management.
**Requirements**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
