JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Be in charge of the preparation of legal documentation relating to real estate and conveyancing matters for signing such as developers project, bank financing, and sub-sale.
- Liaising with the land offices, government departments, banks, clients and counter-parties.
- Attending signing with clients.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Partners.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Preferably - minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
