As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you’ll solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of project managers, back-end and front-end (UX) architects and other CE professionals. You’ll solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of project managers, back-end and front-end (UX) architects and other CE professionals. This role provides the opportunity to work for the Microsoft 1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

Skills and experiences
- Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
- Consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
- Working with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai Other desired skills include:

- Integration pattern & technologies (REST/SOAP services)
- Client programming (JSON, JavaScript, HTML) and server-side programming (.NET, C or vb.net)
- Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

- Work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
