AMK Technology looking for a sharp professional to develop an outstanding relationship with a leading MNC company in Malaysia

**Position: Business analyst-CRM**
Nationality: Malaysian's
Contract: -12 Months Extendable

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computing/Software or related fields with,-Proven project management and leadership skills, including the ability to gather clear business requirements-Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Total years of working experiences: Minimum 5years in Dynamics CRMand Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience in CRM projects is an advantage
- Experience in project implementation documentation.
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, JSON, HTML/HTML5, CSS3, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Power BI will be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable in Business and Functional Requirement Analysis, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) approaches, methodologies and tools.
- Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-makingskills.
- Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments, build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
