Personal Assistant to Managing Director

- Weekly calendar scheduling and managing for MD.
- Assists MD on daily administrative duties.
- Update and Communicate with MD on the daily meetings and conferences
- Arranging accommodation and transport for MD during overseas business trip.
- Compiling MD personal and business expenses and make payment with petty cash prepared.
- Daily monitor of the cleanliness and tidiness of MD office and workplace to be always prepared for visitors.
- Progression update from HOD of tasks scheduled by MD and report to MD.
- Act as the communication bridge between MD and staffs or suppliers& customers.
- Organize company CSR activity/event instructed by MD. (Meal Distribution, Gotong Royong and etc.)
- In charge of staffs’ allowance & petty cash distribution instructed by MD.
- Management of Clock in system (Worksy) on behalf of MD with instruction given by MD.
- Cooperate with HR department on special events (company annual dinner, bowling day, etc) by
- conveying MD’s opinions and expectations to members involve.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM graduate.
- Previous relevant & administrative work experience will be considered a priority.
- Working experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added Advantage.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have own transport and driving license.
- Required Language: Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and English, Japanese is advantage.
**Work arrangements**
Working Hour : Monday - Friday 8.00am-5.30pm
Saturday 8.00am-12.30pm( off twice per month)
Break Time : 10.00am-10.15am & 3.00pm-3.15pm
Lunch Break : 12.30pm-1.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
