Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with childcare and supervise the Director’s children.
- Manage household operations and staff.
- Oversee grocery procurement and household supplies.
- Run personal errands for the Director.
- Maintain personal calendars and appointments.
- Assist with organizing personal events.
- Accompany the Director on personal outings and appointments.
- Coordinating medical appointments, health check-ups and other personal appointments.
- Handling personal purchases, bills payments, claims and other personal errands as may be required
**Requirements**:
- Single Malay FEMALE only with proper hijab and with no significant personal commitments
- Must live near Kajang or be willing to relocate.
- Available to work extra and long hours, including weekends, if required.
- Preferably experienced as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
- Must have a valid driving license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel when required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay
Qualification:
- Has a Diploma level qualification or higher, in any fields.
- Preferably with experience in managing personal affairs of the superior
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Has pleasant personal dispositions with positive attitude
- Has high mobility and time-flexibility
