CEO Personal Assistant

Requirement:
· fluent in English & Malay (other language is a bonus)
· able to use Microsoft services effectively
· can work with others
· minimum diploma holder of any
· at least 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant
Working hours:
· flexible & follow CEO's schedule
· 9 am to 5 pm standard hours (Monday to Friday)
· 9 am to 1 pm standard hours (Saturday)
· will only be in the hospital
· Sunday off
Jobscope:
· Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
· to collect data requested by director
· create reports
· time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking
· answering phone calls, taking notes, emailing, texts etc.
· prepare minutes of meeting
