ADMIN ASSISTANT

  • Requirements:
  • Min of Certificate SPM/Diploma / Finance.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office ( Excel and Word )
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experienced in related field.
  • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
  • Independent and can work individually
  • Fast leaner
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and sensitive to numbers

Job description:

  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • They perform a variety of tasks, such as data entering, general filling and documentation preparation
  • Include basic account process and HR Management.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing including computing salary, allowances, overtime, medical claim, incentives, statutory deductions and other.
  • Maintains and updates accurate staff records such as personal payroll records, banking information, personal data etc into the payroll software.
  • Handle attendance and payment for outsource workers.
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and etc.
  • Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
  • Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
  • Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, on-boarding and employee disciplinary issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
