About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Assistant (Protege) to join our dynamic team at Nu Vending Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative and project support to ensure the smooth execution of our key initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide project coordination and administrative assistance to project managers and team members.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, records and schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports and other project-related materials. Assist in designing training materials and coordinating training sessions for operators.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating the installation and relocation of vending machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, schedules and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with clients to gather site information, address issues and provide updates on project progress.
  • Track inventory levels of vending machines, spare parts and other materials required for ongoing projects.
  • Collect and analyze data related to vending machine performance, customer feedback and sales to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure all vending machine operations comply with local regulations and company policies.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
