We are looking for a Special Officer (PA to CEO) who will work closely with the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of AMACC Group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic, technical, and administrative work, including supporting the CEO in high-impact initiatives, client engagements, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

You will play a key role in helping the CEO stay focused on business growth, client relations, and professional development, by managing tasks, preparing high-quality materials, and representing the CEO when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO's daily schedule, ensuring balance between meetings, networking, and personal time.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentation materials for meetings, classes, and client sessions.
  • Conduct research and analysis on accounting, finance, and taxation topics to support the CEO's advisory work and public positions.
  • Draft speeches, scripts, and briefing notes for events, seminars, or association activities (e.g., MATA, SME programs).
  • Summarize key takeaways from classes, coaching, and sharing sessions for internal use or publication.
  • Act as a support trainer or facilitator for small group sessions or internal knowledge-sharing classes.
  • Represent or back up the CEO in selected meetings, client discussions, or industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an audit, tax, or advisory firm (or equivalent professional environment).
  • Strong understanding of accounting and tax principles; able to teach or explain concepts clearly.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive — able to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Strategic thinker with high integrity and professional maturity.
