**Job Summary**
**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage HR-related tasks, including payroll processing, employee records, and benefit administration.
- Handle immigration-related matters.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities for registration and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including the timely submission of necessary documents.
- Oversee the collection and filing of essential documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience and above in office administration, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum certificate or diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and administrative processes.
- Proficient in handling document collection and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Arrangements**
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Job Allowances & Benefits**

**Salary Range**: RM 2,000 to RM 2,700 per month
