As a **Spa Receptionist Executive**, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

**What You’ll Do**
- Schedule and manage bookings efficiently.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Build client relationships through loyalty programs and personalized care.
- Promote services and packages to drive business growth.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **SPM or equivalent**.
- **1-2 years’ experience** in customer service or sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
