**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To control and oversee all CR Sea projects, people, and ventures.
- Responsible for the overall success of the CR Sea projects in Malaysia and working with Managing Director and the Group’s Company in Hong Kong and mainland China.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors.
- Networking, communicating, and dealing with potential clients.
- Preparing KPIs of sizeable projects of the company.
- Steering the CR Sea projects in Malaysia in the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- To ensure the CR Sea projects are constantly moving towards fulfilling their objectives with strategic guidelines.
- Provide projects strategic advice to Managing Director and the board.
- Assist Managing Director with the overall executive direction through subordinates for construction, technical, and engineering functions to ensure successful completion.
- Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Lead, plan. direct, and coordinate with the entire projects team (internal & external) on activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures. facilities, and systems toward the successful completion of the project.
- Keeping track of all the project's status on managerial and operational levels.
- Ensure smooth progress of company projects through close liaison and attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure resources such as finances, manpower, materials, and machinery are managed productively and efficiently within the forecast budget and the actual budget.
- Ensure standards are complied with when preparing for award schedules or appointing subcontractors or suppliers.
- Provide policy direction to assigned major functional areas from time to time.
- Devising cost-effective plans and methods to effectively complete current projects and potential tendering proposals.
- Carry out research, and measures, and in support of ongoing projects and new initiatives,
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding company core values and motivating the project teams in believing the company mission by working and growing together.
- Developing and establishing a governance system for company projects, programs, etc such as goals, major priorities. and advice in the development of strategies and resolution of major problems.
- Direct all activities in the field of projects. programs, ete.
- Evaluate projects performance against goals and take necessary action to address deviations
- Perform as a head and leadership for the projects, program, portfolio managers to POO, (Project Operations Officer) and PMO (Projects Management Officer).
- Direct the preparation of and present managerial and policy issues with recommendations on matters related of CR Sea projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. 8-10 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin, BM, English.
- Degree and above qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
