Your goal? To deliver results that not only meet but exceed expectations—while having fun along the way

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication to keep clients informed, engaged, and delighted.

2. Project Execution and Oversight
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with designers, writers, and other creative teams to deliver top-notch results aligned with client expectations.
- Identify potential risks early, providing solutions to keep projects on track and avoid disruptions.

3. Presentations, Reporting, and Feedback
- Develop and present engaging project updates, proposals, and final deliverables to clients.
- Lead client meetings, effectively communicating key milestones, progress, and results.
- Gather and incorporate client feedback into future project planning to ensure continuous improvement.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role—ideally within a creative agency environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with grace and precision.
- Strong attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
