Job Description
- List of customer provided(Make customer to lend the loan from the bank)
- Products: CCDL, Credit Card Loan, Ez pay, Short team loan
- Work closely with team leaders to develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and drive clients.
- Work with the operations team (where needed) to ensure that client requests are fulfilled.
- Develop a deep understanding of various products offered and process as relevant
- Collect Client information as needed to serve clients and close sales and follow through according to the verification matrix.
- Ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed.
