Coming onboard as a The Failure Analysis (FA) Assistant Manager, your key role is to leads and oversees the failure analysis team to investigate, diagnose, and resolve product failures or performance. You will work closely with product development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to ensure that failure modes are understood and addressed, improving product reliability, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the analysis of failed PCBA products, from initial inspection to detailed failure investigations
- Lead and manage a team of failure analysis engineers and technicians to conduct root cause analysis on failed products, components, and systems.
- Drive and manage effective root cause analysis and identify failure issues.
- Manage the investigation of electrical and mechanical, failures in electronic components.
- Prepare and present failure analysis reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, corrective actions, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate failure analysis activities with cross-functional teams, including product development, process engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in failure analysis, product reliability, or quality engineering within the electronics industry.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of managing a team in a technical environment.
- Experience with failure analysis of electronic components such as PCBs, sensors, connectors, and power electronics.
- Expertise in failure analysis techniques and strong understanding of PBC design, assembly processes, and component failure mechanisms.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
