**Financial Analysis Manager/ Expert Financial Analyst**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead Business Planning projects
- Define requirements together with the management
- Develop timetable with clear allocation of tasks
- Assign, coordinate and align inputs with various input providers and stakeholders
- Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
- Provide valuable analysis for management’s decision-making
- Drive decision making and approval process
- Strategic planning
- Lead BU Mid-term Plan
- Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
- Provide valuable analysis for management’s decision-making
- Support strategic projects
- Support ad hoc projects
- Provide financial analysis as needed
- Provide financial support and guidance on project decision making

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline
- 10-15 years of relevant working experience (manufacturing background desirable)
- High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
- Experience on sensitive analysis, pay-back periods, NPV calculations on feasibility studies
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC, BW
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin as a plus.
- Ability to influence and work in a support role
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
