Assistant QAqc Manager

The Assistant QA/QC Manager is to assist the Assistant General Manager to ensure the company’s Quality Management
System (QMS) department effectively maintained involved in the development and implementation of the quality system
and Quality Policy is in accordance with the market practice.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the QA/QC Manager to implementing and review the QA/QC procedures and performance on an
on-going basis.
2. Provide solution and supports the Project Manager/Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for
all the Quality matters and assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans
on the site.
3. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the
required Quality Records.
4. Assist QA/QC Manager to manage ISO9001:2015 certification process, continuous improvement and
quality assurance projects.
5. Identify root cause of product deficiencies and provide solutions to QA/QC Manager regarding
inspection function deficiencies.
6. Analyse, plan and conducting awareness training for relevant staff
7. Initiate preventive action plan to minimize the occurrence of system non-conformance
8. Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and QMS internal audits.
9. Reviewing of all design proposals and construction documentation including specification and drawing
and report to QA/QC Manager
10. Manage and control all Quality Management System record and documentation
11. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
